1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services. This includes: (a) Account information when you register (name, email, password); (b) Usage data to improve tools (anonymous, IP-hashed); (c) manual payment references and proof images when you submit a payment for admin approval; and (d) payment gateway identifiers if an online gateway is enabled. We do not store card details.
2. Browser-Based Tools
Most TechDeskX tools run entirely in your browser. Files you upload to browser-based tools are processed locally on your device and never sent to our servers. For server-side tools (PDF processing, image tools), uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and preference storage (theme settings). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies without your consent.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: provide and improve our services, send important account notifications, respond to support requests. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We conduct regular security reviews.
6. Your Rights
