1. Acceptance of Terms
By using TechDeskX ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of Service
TechDeskX provides free and premium online tools and software. You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You must not: attempt to reverse engineer our tools, use automated bots to abuse the service, upload malicious files, or violate any applicable laws.
3. Free vs Pro Plans
Free tools are available to all users without registration. Pro tools require an active Pro subscription. We reserve the right to change which tools are free or pro with reasonable notice.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Premium access may be activated through manual payment approval, coupons, referral wallet rewards, or supported online gateways when enabled. Manual payments are reviewed by admin before access is activated. Online recurring subscriptions may renew automatically when a supported gateway is configured.
5. Uploaded Files
Files uploaded for processing are used solely to provide the requested service. Server-processed files are deleted within 1 hour. We do not claim ownership of any files you upload.
6. Intellectual Property
TechDeskX tools, branding, and content are owned by TechDeskX. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our tools without permission.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Tool results are provided for informational purposes.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
